General information for junior players, parents/guardians, coaches and NSEFC staff.
2020 season commences, Sunday 19th April, 2020.
- Junior fixture is published online and updated regularly (all teams will be published on TEAMAPP – nsefc.teamapp.com).
- NSEFC applies a strict code of conduct and has an expectation that those who attend or participate represent the Club and the sport to the highest possible standard. All Codes are listed on this website for your benefit, <click here>
- Remember to:
- Support the players with positive language and behaviour at all times,
- Keep it fun and focus on efforts, performance and encouragement,
- Show respect and appreciation to everyone,
- Parents/guardians can spectate behind the fence and all times (off the playing pitch).

- Playing apparel:
- RED = Home Tops
- WHITE = Away Tops
- Replacement apparel: please contact head of junior football department (Azmi Demiri – juniors @ nsefc . com . au) immediately should you require a new playing top or other apparel – without a complete/correct playing kit, you will not be able to play!
- Note: Team Managers to check the away team colours, to ensure there isn’t a clash.
- Game day:
- Players need to ensure they have their correct playing colours, along with shin guards and water bottle.
- Be punctual! U7’s, U8’s and U9’s usually start at 9:00am and we need you to come in early (approx. 45 mins before start of game), especially for home games, as we need your help to setup and pack up.
- U13’s and U16’s will also need to assist in setting up and retrieving the goals nets for home games. To arrive at game 1 hours before kick-off!
- A roster will be in place to ensure each player has their turn in bringing oranges and/or lollies.
- Parents or guardians must be present on games days at all times.
- Communications:
- The Club will send timely updates via TEAMAPP to inform you of your next game, as well as any relevant Club / team information. Also, be sure to regularly check in with the Clubs social media to keep up to date.
- Should players not be attending training or a game day, parents/guardians and/or players need to notify their Coach and/or Team Manager as soon as possible.
- Registrations:
- All players need to be registered on the FFA website and Club registration fees need to be paid promptly. Please ensure you have uploaded a recent photo on your player record.
- Be sure to complete our registration form and tell the Club about the players medical conditions, dietary requirements and other helpful information.
- Volunteering: we need your help!
- The Club is always seeking volunteers, from Team Managers to canteen duties. If you would like to help approach one of the administrative staff and speak to them in how you can help your Club.
