We are pleased to announce an exciting partnership with Arsenal Soccer Schools Victoria who will oversee our junior football program (under 7’s – under 16’s) in 2017; designed to to enhance player & coach development.

Arsenal Soccer Schools Victoria operates under license from Arsenal FC in the UK and for season 2017 will oversee and manage the North Sunshine Eagles FC junior program. ASSV will work alongside the current NSEFC coaches, staff and committee members to further develop the Club with the main focus being player & coach development.

Players & coaches will enter an integrated system with a clear development pathway, working with professionally licensed Arsenal Soccer School coaches and working from an age appropriate curriculum. This will lead to an improved player development system and the appropriate development environment for these players. NSEFC will benefit greatly from the knowledge and experience from Arsenal Soccer Schools Technical Staff, with year-round support, access to coaching resources and monthly professional development.
